Steps

    Log in to Datto RMM

    Navigate to your Datto RMM portal and sign in.

    Export device inventory

    Go to Devices. Filter by site/client. Export the device list showing agent status, OS, and last check-in.

    Export patch audit report

    Navigate to Patch Management > Audit. Generate a patch compliance report showing installed vs. missing patches by severity.

    Screenshot monitoring policies

    Go to Policies > Monitoring. Screenshot active monitoring policies showing what is being tracked.
